- All sales are final; no refunds after the order has been shipped.
- Orders are shipped through USPS via first-class mail (for flat orders) or bubble mailer (for bulky orders).
- I am no longer responsible for orders after they've shipped, but I'm happy to work with you if there's an issue. See below for my specific policies!
Q: Who are you?
I'm Jaq (@jaqrabit), a slug who draws sometimes. Based in California, USA! Thank you for looking at my art!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, with some exceptions. Note that you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes upon arrival of your order, as BigCartel does not automatically remit international taxes.
For addresses outside the US: including a copy of your mailing address (as formatted for letter mail/standard postage) in the order notes will help reduce delivery issues.
Q: When will my order arrive?
- Domestic (USA): 5-10 days
- International: 10-20 days
Fullfilment and shipping times may vary. For pre-order items, please see the listing for projected timelines.
Flat items will be shipped without tracking by default to minimize costs. For bulkier orders (ie. orders containing washi tape), you will receive a tracking number with the shipping notification.
Q: Something went wrong with my order (damaged/missing items/etc.)!
For any questions, concerns, or issues with your order, contact me here or directly through my email (jaq.illustrates[at]gmail.com)! I may not see comments or DMs on my socials.
I'm generally happy to replace orders if:
- The package arrived, but is missing items/otherwise incorrect.
- You received an untracked shipping notification, but the package has not arrived after 10 days for domestic orders or 20 days for international orders (please contact me within 30 days of the projected delivery window).
- The package was damaged in transit to a point where items are missing or unusable.
Photos are greatly appreciated, but not required!
I may not replace orders if:
- The package arrived, but received minor damage in transit.
- The package is marked as delivered, but is missing or stolen.
- For international packages: the package is returned due to refusal to pay duties/import taxes/other fees. In this case, your order may be refunded once items are returned (minus the cost of shipping).
- I cannot replace B-grade items.
Q: How do you make XYZ?
My items are designed by me and manufactured overseas or in local print shops. I occasionally post tutorials on my socials. I'm also new to merch-making, so take my advice with a grain of salt!
I generally will not recommend specific manufacturers. Thank you for your understanding!
